We offer a 7-day refund policy on your first order only. You have 7 days from the day your Canope package arrives to request a refund - no need to return the product. We’ll refund your order minus a $5 processing fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I request a refund?
Just email us at team@hellocanope.com with your order details. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@hellocanope.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We’re fast! Once your order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes after it’s been shipped. Double-check your shipping info before completing checkout.
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Pre-order items ship within 2–3 days of becoming available.
How fast is shipping and where do you deliver?
We ship directly from our U.S. fulfillment center within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. and are working on expanding globally.
