Thank you for shopping with Canope. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders: Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2–3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Shipment Notification: You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note on Carrier Delays: While we partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, Canope is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Changes & Address Corrections

Order Changes: Please check your order details carefully. We are unable to make any changes or corrections to your order once it has been shipped. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hi@hellocanope.com.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address. Canope is not liable for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.

Returned Packages: If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund for the original order so you can place a new one with the correct details.
4. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hi@hellocanope.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
