If you are the kind of person who cares what you put into your body and you want to feel your best everyday - Canope was made for you.
For thousands of years, the world's longest-living populations relied on real olive oil to heal and nourish their bodies.
Somewhere along the way, the oil industry replaced it with something else - oxidized, adulterated, and stripped of everything that made it work.
Canope exists to fix what the industry broke.
We set out to make the olive oil we couldn't find on any shelf - single-origin, early-harvest, and rich in the polyphenols that make olive oil worth consuming in the first place.
Every bottle is a return to what real olive oil is supposed to be: potent, flavorful, and honest.
Real Potency — Most olive oil has degraded to near zero polyphenols by the time it reaches you. Canope tests at 578+ mg/kg, third-party verified, every batch.
Incredible Flavor — This is what olive oil is actually supposed to taste like. Bold, fresh, and alive with flavor. Use it straight from the spoon, drizzled over your favorite foods or in your favorite dish. Canope is the easiest daily health upgrade you can make.
One Daily Habit — No pills. No powders. No complicated routines. Just one tablespoon a day of the most studied food on the planet.
Nothing to Hide — Single origin. Early harvest. Cold-pressed within hours. Harvest date on every bottle. We publish everything because we have nothing to hide and everything to prove.

Our certificate of analysis is available on request — because claims on a label mean nothing without proof behind them.
The Research - Over 5,000 peer-reviewed studies confirm the role of high-polyphenol olive oil in cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and longevity. The PREDIMED trial, Harvard School of Public Health, and the European Food Safety Authority have all validated what Mediterranean cultures have known for generations.

Polyphenols are nature's most powerful plant compounds - a natural shield that helps protect your cells from everyday oxidative stress. The problem is that most olive oil barely has any left...
Bottles on the grocery store shelf are blended, over-processed, and even years old by the time they reach you - Canope is different. It is fresh, pure & packed with over 578+ mg/kg lab-verified polyphenols to help support heart, skin, brain, and longevity. You will taste the difference from the first drop - bright, peppery, and unmistakably fresh. The way real olive oil is supposed to taste.

Incredible quality, intense flavor
The health benefits are undeniable. It has a very robust, throat-catching finish which proves it's really high in polyphenols. the oil is absolute liquid gold.
Lab-Verified Polyphenol Content Sets This Apart From Standard EVOO
For anyone prioritizing nutritional density in their olive oil, the standout feature here is the HPLC lab verification of polyphenol content. A lot of oils make polyphenol claims without documentation — having that independently verified takes the guesswork out of it, which is what pushed me toward this one over comparable options.Flavor-wise, this is a well-balanced EVOO — noticeable character without being aggressive. It has that mild peppery finish typical of high-polyphenol early harvest oils, but it's not so assertive that it dominates dishes. It works as a finishing oil or in applications where you want some flavor presence without overpowering other ingredients. The light-proof bottle is a practical detail worth appreciating — olive oil degrades with light exposure, so packaging that actually protects the oil is consistent with the care that goes into sourcing it.At over $40 for 500ml, this is a real premium over standard EVOO. That said, it's in line with what other genuinely high-polyphenol verified oils command, and the lab documentation justifies the positioning. If you're buying EVOO specifically for its health properties rather than just as a cooking fat, this delivers in a way that's actually verifiable.
Rich, flavorful olive oil from Greece
This olive oil is rich and delicious. My wife bought some fresh French bread and cut me off a hunk that I ate both with this olive oil straight and this olive oil seasoned with some salt, pepper, and herbs. It was very flavorful and filling. I am no expert when it comes to olive oil, but I like things that taste good and this one was. I don't know what a polyphenol is, either, but I guess I'm happy to have them, I guess. I like that it was made in Greece, as well, it feel very authentic. The bottle is lovely as well.
Didn't know olive oil can taste any different until now
This Greek Koroneiki extra‑virgin olive oil comes from early‑harvest olives cold‑pressed within hours, giving it a bold scent and a polyphenol count of 578 mg/kg verified by HPLC. Harvest details and lab results appear on the label, distinguishing it from typical grocery store oils.Taste profile is peppery with an artichoke nuance and a gentle throat tingle that signals early harvest. The oil remains balanced. Present enough to act as a finishing element or salad dressing yet not aggressive enough to overwhelm other flavors. The dark glass bottle protects the oil from light, pouring cleanly without spillage. It works best for bread dipping, vegetable drizzling, or salad dressings. The strong flavor can mask delicate ingredients in heavy sauces, and its premium nature means it is most appropriate when olive‑oil quality matters.
love this stuff!
Best olive oil I've ever tasted
Wow. You can really taste the difference between this and the regular stuff from the grocery store. We drizzle it over fresh sourdough and salads. The flavor is incredibly rich, fresh, and vibrant. Worth every penny for the health benefits.
Fresh tasting olive oil with excellent flavor
I enjoy cooking with good-quality olive oil, especially for salad dressings, dipping bread, and finishing dishes, so I was excited to try this Canope High Polyphenol Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It has a fresh, vibrant flavor with a pleasant peppery finish that lets you know it's made from early harvest olives. I especially enjoyed using it as a finishing oil where its flavor could really stand out rather than getting lost during cooking. The bottle pours cleanly without making a mess, and the dark glass helps protect the oil from light. Since it's a single-origin Greek Koroneiki olive oil, it has a distinctive character that I found very enjoyable. If you appreciate flavorful extra virgin olive oil for everyday cooking and finishing dishes, this Canope olive oil is an excellent choice.
Excellent for Health and for Cooking
I’m no olive oil expert, nor do I pretend to be, but this Canope brand has definitely impressed me. The brand makes it very easy to understand what you’re getting. I did a little research on their site, where I found that it’s an early‑harvest Greek oil and that the brand actually shows the harvest details and lab results, unlike most store bought brands. The polyphenol count is 578 mg/kg, which gives it some real health benefits and explains the strong taste. While doing my research, I found out that typical grocery store olive oil typically has a milder flavor and lower health impact with polyphenols in teh 50-250 mg/kg range. Quality artisanal oil is usually in the 250–500 mg/kg range, and is obviously fresher tasting with better antioxidant content. High‑polyphenol EVOO is in the 500+ mg/kg polyphenol range. This is where you would start seeing those marketed health benefits (heart, brain, longevity) and stronger tasting olive oil that has a peppery taste. Lastly, you’d find that olive oils in the 1000+ range are much more rare and very expensive. Apparently those are often used as a supplement instead of a cooking oil.The olives in this Canope extra virgin oil are picked in the fall and cold‑pressed within hours, which explains the bold scent when I opened the bottle. I tasted the oil and found that is has a nice little kick without being too strong and tastes much different than what I’m used to. Much more fresh and tasty. Even without being an olive‑oil expert, you can tell it’s good quality. Can’t wait to see how it works out when used in cooking. I’ll be trying it out shortly as a dipping sauce with some bread and possibly drinking some daily for the health benefits.
Lovely raw olive oil and authentic flavor
This is a top-tier Greek olive oil. You can immediately taste the freshness, and it has the bold, peppery finish typical of a high-quality Koroneiki early harvest. I appreciate the transparency of the HPLC lab verification—it’s rare to find that level of detail on the label. It’s a fantastic finishing oil for salads, veggies and soups. The bottle is well-made and keeps the oil fresh and arrived securely packaged. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get.
Game changer for my morning routine!
I've been taking a tablespoon of this every morning for the past month. The peppery kick in the back of the throat is real, but you get used to it quickly. I actually feel more energetic and my digestion has improved. Definitely keeping this on subscription.
Peppery
This is a really delightful, flavorful olive oil. I would say that it has the peppery flavor typical of Greek or Turkish olive oils, but really the pepperiness is more intense than typical ones. It's a much more complex olive oil. There is a sort of artichoke note to it. You can also feel a tingle in the back of the throat, which is a hallmark of early harvest oils.I suggest starting by tasting it straight up and noting the throat tingle. Then drizzle it on bread or veggies to note the differences from other EVOOs. I feel like dipping or finishing are the best uses for this oil; it seems like it would be a shame to bury it in other flavors. This olive oil was well packaged for its trip from Greece. It was in one of those air column wraps and then boxed. I wish every jarred or bottled ingredient came in those. This is an expensive oil because it's early harvest. Early harvested olives only yield about half as much oil as later harvested ripe olives, so there will always be a premium for it. With that in mind this isn't a bad value for a high quality early harvest oil. This seems to be Canope's only product. I hope they will come out with more olive oil products because I would love to try them if they do.
Delicious High-Quality Olive Oil
This is absolutely delicious, high-quality olive oil. I've primarily been using it for roasting vegetables, especially carrots, and it has been fantastic. It adds a rich, fresh olive flavor without overpowering the food, and it helps vegetables caramelize beautifully in the oven. One thing I really appreciate is that this is an early harvest, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with a very high polyphenol content. Because of that, it has a pleasant peppery finish that you can feel slightly in the back of your throat, which is actually something many people look for in premium olive oils. It tastes fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. While I've mostly been cooking with it, I could also see this being wonderful for dipping fresh bread, finishing soups, drizzling over salads, or adding to roasted meats after cooking. The flavor is clean and balanced enough that it works well both as a finishing oil and for everyday cooking. The bottle itself also feels premium and does a good job protecting the oil from light, which helps preserve its quality over time.Overall, this is a delicious, high-quality olive oil that has quickly become one of my favorites to keep in the kitchen and my go to for roasting vegetables.
Flavorful, Light Olive Oil
This olive oil has a light fresh taste and is packaged nicely. Love the heavy-duty glass bottle. The value for the money is worth it!
this is a very high-quality olive oil...
This extra virgin olive oil harvested from Grece, and it is rich in polyphenols such as oleic acid, and it has a high smoke point that is excellent for cooking. It light and it has somewhat of a very fresh peppery taste. This is an oil that can be consumed straight from the bottle or used in your meal preparations, be it Italian, Western or Mediterranean, you simply can't go wrong with this superfood olive oil. And the best part about this olive oil is that it has been tested by third party agencies. This is well worth the cost; I love the smooth and tad bitter taste of this olive oil and I highly recommend this product
Delicious crisp high polyphenol EVOO
You can tell right away when you taste this olive oil that it's not your typical grocery store EVOO. It has a little bit of a bite to it. It's green and earthy. It tastes different than regular schmegular olive oil. It will hit you in the back of the throat and it's supposed to. It's peppery and delicious. I like it for bread dipping, veggies or on a salad. Read up on the benefits of high polyphenol EVOO and you'll never go back to the chaff you get at the grocery store. This is beautiful quality olive oil and the bottle is well-designed too. It's definitely on the higher end of the value spectrum but the quality is there.
Nice bottle and great taste!
Fancy olive oil, love the bottle would be nice for a nice dinner. Very decorative to just put right on your table with guests. I tried it straight from the bottle, and it’s a clean fresh taste. I’m super picky with olive oil. And I really like this one. I added some to cook some veggies in too. One tip is there is a little gold tap to open it. Pull that to get the plastic started. If not it’s quite hard to get the plastic off. It comes with a wooden cap too. Quite fancy. And good stuff!
olive oil but fancy, as it seems
I'm not a cooking oil aficionado, however, I can more than appreciate a good bottle of olive oil for its many potential applications. The high quality really jumps out at you when using it to cook over a stove, as a garnish or mixed into a meal. The flavor is wonderful and seems to be a much healthier alternative to the everyday olive oil. The oil, as you'd expect, has an oily texture but has a smoothness to it that prevents the protein, veggie or whatever from soaking up the oil and making it too greasy. That improves its digestibility and makes it feel less heavy from the stomach. This sort of have a heftier price tag, I knew that coming in. However, if the ingredient is as suggested, I think its a splurge worth trying out. It has a premium quality to it that can't just be reduced by bottle and label it comes in.
"Higher olive oil consumption is linked with lower risk of premature death - including death from cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative disease, and respiratory disease."
"Replacing just 5 grams of margarine or mayonnaise with olive oil was associated with an 8-14% lower risk of dementia mortality. Why is olive oil so protective? It's packed with monounsaturated fats, polyphenols, and vitamin E, which have been shown to protect brain cells."
"Two tablespoons of olive oil each day correlates with a 44% reduction in rates of heart disease."
"Olive oil components, such as polyphenols, beneficially affect stem cell integrity and differentiation, upregulate AMPK and sirtuins, and exert seno/ytic effects."

Think of oxidative stress as "biological rusting" inside the body, caused by pollution, stress, and processed foods. The polyphenols in Canope are some of the most potent antioxidants ever discovered — helping to support joint comfort, healthy metabolic function, cardiovascular and cognitive health, as well as skin and cellular vitality, all from the inside.
Your body evolved to recognize nutrients in their complex, natural state - not as isolated powders in a capsule. Unlike lab-made supplements that often lack the necessary co-factors for absorption, Canope provides a synergistic matrix of 200+ phenolic compounds that your body knows exactly how to use.
High-polyphenol olive oil isn't a "viral" trend; it’s one of the most researched compounds in nutritional science. From Harvard to the Mediterranean, thousands of studies link high-polyphenol intake to a healthy inflammatory response, better heart health, and a sharper mind as you age.
